A Nice Surprise!

The other day I received an email from Diane. She sent me a photo of the ornaments she stitched using my free design from a few Christmas's ago, found here. Diane, you have no idea how happy this makes me, to know that someone stitched my design.

Diane has done a great job, not once but twelve times! Diane used a lovely green Aida and some Ecru DMC thread. She finished them with cream Mill Hill beads.

Thank you Diane for sharing this photo and choosing to stitch my design!

It was such a nice design to stitch. So quick! I was able to stitch an ornie a night from start to finish-finish. A true joy!

So when can we expect to see the next one? ;)

Hi Suzanne,

Now, how cool is this??? These
ornaments look amazing and will
be wonderful additions to Diane's
Christmas/Winter decorating. I
love her choice of colors in both
fabric and thread, and your design
is lovely. Was this the first time
you'd designed something for cross
stitching?? What a thrill it must
be to see your design brought to
life.

Cheers!
