With all the extra time I have, I was able to finish another WIP and cross it off my list. It has been sitting in my basket for quite some time and I figured if I sat down and concentrated on it enough it would quickly get finished. I used DMC 938 for the border and the alphabet as I didn't think I would have enough of Wood Trail to finish. I ended up using the entire skein of DMC to stitch the alphabet bands and border.

Extra time, huh? Did you steal that from me?

Lovely - I found my sampler and threads a couple days ago. I had started and set it aside!
Congratulations on finishing Mary Hannah--your stitching is lovely, and a great choice of linen!
(I have the antique sampler and the repro hanging side by side in my hallway and look at them everyday. One of my very favorite samplers!)
Just beautiful!
